This blog, edited by Dini Sejko, is focused on the activities of state controlled entities especially when they act as foreign investors. Particular attention is paid to the sovereign wealth funds behaviour and at the legal issues that they face during their investments in the host countries.
Dini Sejko is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His area of research is International Investment Law and he is focusing on the transnational economic legal framework applicable to sovereign wealth funds.
Previously he has obtained a combined Bachelor and Master of Science in Law at the Bocconi University in Milan with a major in International and Public Institutions and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The idea to create this blog come up during a research project on sovereign wealth funds.
